Does anybody have any good cabin rental suggestions for NC, SC, TN?

My fiance %26amp; I want to rent a cabin in the mountains for our honeymoon. We found one that we thought looked perfect, but all of the Trip Advisor reviews are awful! Renting a cabin is so stressful, because you really don't know what you're getting until you get there. Please speak from personal experience. We are hoping for TN, but would also stay in NC or even SC. Our main priority is privacy, also the scenery. We would like it to be on or very near a mountain, so we can go hiking. Streams, etc would be perfect as well =) Please say as much as you can about the cabin like if it has a game room, jacuzzi, how clean it was (also, very important!) thanks!!Does anybody have any good cabin rental suggestions for NC, SC, TN?
I can't help you personally with cabins in those states but I do own a luxury cabin in the North GA Mountains of Blue Ridge (zip code is 30513 if you wanted to mapquest the area) if you're interested. It's actually only about 15 minutes from the TN/NC border (near white water rafting on the Ocoee River). There's loads of trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, a day spa and even an old fashioned Drive-In Movie Theater playing all the latest movies!

I'd say 1/2 of my bookings are from just 1 couple looking for a Romantic Getaway or Honeymoon (even though its a 3 bdrm, 3 bath, 3 fireplaces and 3 levels, game room, year round mountain views, upscale log furniture %26amp; decor, screen porch with hot tub %26amp; fireplace).

If you really want to stay in NC, SC or TN, I can give you some suggestions to help make sure the cabin you choose is what it appears to be!

Don't hesitate to ask questions to the homeowner or mgmt company.

Ask for lots of photos

Ask the age of the cabin and when it was last updated.

Ask how many other cabins are in the area (some cabins are in subdivision with cabin upon cabin while others are spaced apart giving alot more privacy.

Look for a cabin with an outside fireplace near the hot tub (preferrably on a screen porch) - very romantic for a honeymoon!

Inquire on the access roads (some cabins have easy access while others you'll need 4 wheel drive).

Here are a few sites with cabin rentals from all over the United States. I advertise my cabin on these and find them to be very user friendly:
