Cabin Rental in Florida?

My family is looking to travel in state for a week long vacation. We've done Disney numerous times and were thinking of trying something different. At first, being big Disney fanatics, my mother suggested Disney's cabin rentals at Fort Wilderness. But before we go off to yet another Disney trip, I thought I would see if anyone knows of any unique cabins elsewhere in the state. Nothing too rustic- my mother likes her comfort and isn't down for tenting anywhere. But considering there is a wide range of ages in my family from 50's down to 7 months, we would like a place with lots of different activities. Any suggestions? Has anyone ever been to Seaside Florida? If so, how was it?Cabin Rental in Florida?
